Sufi Yoga

Sufi-yoga is a combination of heart opening asanas (30 min) and a 1-hour Sufi 'No-Dimension' meditation technique that involves repetitive dance, whirling and silent observation. We practice this yoga-dance almost every Saturday morning at Satsanga.
