Join Amber for another offering of this course at Satsanga as a way to share some of the wonderful wisdom that Ayurveda brings forth into our modern day of living. This course has been put together from Amber's personal experience and study of Ayurveda over the last 7 years with various teachers and programmes and is designed as an informal tuition on the fundamentals of Ayurveda. The course will be particularly useful for those wishing to gain insights into this ancient healing science, as well as to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom into their daily practices so as to create harmony with their inner and outer environments, living naturally and holistically No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is necessary. This six week programme will cover the fundamentals for entering into a deeper relationship with Ayurveda; advance study is also possible for future courses.
The course will be taught as one module for 6 weeks in duration. Class will take place weekly (Wednesdays 7:30pm – 9:30pm), and each class will include lecture, discussion, homework and pre-reading material for the next class. Estimated out of class hours for this course is 1-2 hours per week of study.

$325 per person for the 6-weeks course; minimum of 3 persons required to run the course.
Registration and payments are due at the start of the Module (unless you need to be on a payment plan, which can be arranged). There are no prorated fees for missed classes or classes you cannot attend. Additionally, no refunds are possible once the Module commences. If the group agrees, we can reschedule class times to fit our schedules if we need to. The course fees include a 100-page bound manual put together by Amber.
