Often times before we commence our active meditation technique in the group sittings, I find that many of you are already going deeply into your own silence. Thus, this is an evening where you can continue your own journey in a silent & supportive space.
Meditation usually begins at 7:30pm to 8:15pm, accompanied by soft mantra music and a purely silent ambiance. From 8:15pm to 8:30pm, one can remain seated in silence and/or participate in a silent chai (or herbal tea) drinking ceremony (sipping with complete silence, awareness & presence). On this evening, one enters silently, sits/meditates/rests silently, enjoys a cup of chai silently, and leaves silently...all accompanied by your own inner peace, your own inner guidance and supportive soft music to help your inner exploration. No technique will be taught this evening - the space is open simply for your own personal journey.
