The Art of Facilitation
Do you have an interest to share a healing modality (yoga, sound work, meditation, etc) and would like to deepen your capacity to facilitate this art form? Through the years of Amber's experience running Satsanga, she has put together a training to refine the skills needed for naturally holding space, working with group energy and discovering one's innate capacity to facilitate.
This course will include:
* How to prepare, maintain and cleanse a space
* How to hold space for others
* The art of facilitation
* The role of the facilitator
* How to deepen your own practice
* The art of setting boundaries
* Honoring energy exchange
* How to build & nourish a community
While some have an innate gift for holding space and naturally come into the art of facilitation, we believe that through guidance, support and practice, this art form can also be discovered, harnessed and refined. The aim of this course is to provide the tools for stepping into this capacity. This course is taught over two full weekends; however additional time can be provided for practice. A Deep Dive Into Active Meditations
Would you like to deepen your understanding and experience of Active Meditations? This course drops deeper into the understanding of what are active meditations, how are they different from other forms of meditation, and how to practice them. Several techniques will be presented with a thorough background to each technique and introduction on how to self-practice. This course is taught over the span of several weeks (meeting once a week), depending on the methods presented. Private sessions are also available.
