Practice Certificate in Active Meditation Facilitation, 6D/5N in Ubud, Bali, 25 - 30 March 2018

 

Do you have an interest to deepen your understanding and experience of active meditations and/or a desire to share them with others? We offer a unique 6D/5N Practice Certificate in Active Meditation Facilitation. Join us to learn the skills and confidence to share Active Meditations, whether for close circles of friends or for professional offerings. 

This training will include:

* What is meditation? What are Active Meditations?

* How to hold space for others

* How to prepare, maintain and cleanse a space

* The art of facilitation

* The role of the facilitator

* How to deepen your own practice

* Understanding and practicing 6 different active meditations

* Practical experience on facilitating the techniques

* Short preparatory methods for introducing meditations

* How to build & nourish a meditative community

 

You will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon complete participation of the retreat. Personal followups are also available if you like to deepen your practice of holding space and facilitation.

Fees

Option 1: 1675 SGD (twin sharing) - 1825 SGD (single room).

Option 2: $300 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT (full payment by 14th Jan) save 300 SGD (1375 SGD twin / 1525 SGD single)

Option 3: $400 Discount for Repeat Attendees (register by 14th Jan for this discount): save 400 SGD total (1275 SGD twin / 1425 SGD single)

A minimum of 5 participants is required for the training to run and maximum 10 participants. Registration closes 1 Feb 2018.

* Fees are non-refundable after 1 Feb, unless the training is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Schedule 25 - 30 March

We will commence at 4:00pm on Sunday 25th March and end the training on Friday 30th March, 11:00am. The full day trainings will follow a schedule such as (but open to change!): 

07:00am - 08:00am Meditation 

08:00am - 09:00am Breakfast (included)

09:30am - 12:30pm Theory

12:30pm - 4:00pm Lunch (not included) / Rest

4:00pm - 6:30pm Theory / Meditation

6:30pm - 9:00pm Dinner (not included) / Rest

9:00pm - 10:00pm Meditation
